This summer, Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, Michigan is the place to shop, sip, and snack. The mall will feature a series of food trucks in its parking lot through September.
The mall’s intention is to host a variety of free events that cater to all ages. From children to college students, the aim is to create a community hub that the entire neighborhood can enjoy throughout the summer,” says Briarwood Mall’s Director of Marketing and Business Development, Kelsey Luha.
Food trucks will be located in the JCPenney parking lot, at 500 Briarwood Cir., near the Tricho Salon entrance. They will typically operate between noon and 9 p.m., although times may vary.
“In order to bring some fun to the food options at Briarwood Mall this summer, we’ve partnered with some favorite local food vendors. From Cousins Maine Lobster to Harvest Kettle Corn, we have a great variety of food selections for this exciting Summer Series,” Luha adds.
