In Raleigh, North Carolina, an Ohio man was apprehended Tuesday for issuing threatening messages to a North Carolina Senator. Nicholas Daniels, 38, sent numerous Facebook messages threatening Senator Todd Johnson, a Republican member of the North Carolina Senate, and his family.
Daniels has been charged with multiple counts of threatening an executive legal court officer, and communicating threats. He is held on a $250,000 bond with a court date scheduled for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
