House Committee Moves to Overturn Biden’s EV Tax Credit Regulations

The House Ways and Means Committee has approved a legislation that seeks to repeal Biden administration’s regulations implementing the federal electric vehicle tax credit. The rules in question, unveiled in May, dictate how automakers can adhere to Inflation Reduction Act requirements, including sourcing mandates.
